Thank you for supporting us by making a purchase. For swift solving of the problem regarding your order, We are now accommodating Returns and Exchanges on products. We don't a Refund Policy yet.
You can either Exchange a Product with another
item or Return an item for Store Credit.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if the request is submitted within 48 hours of you receiving your package.

If a fault is discovered in our products, you could send us an e-mail or dm us on Instagram, notifying us of the damaged products. In this case we will arrange a pickup for you asap from our end and ship the replacement.


Please Note: You have to self ship the received products to us if you’re unhappy with the products and we shall dispatch your replacement order or
provide you with Store Credit once we get back the product in perfect/exact condition. You will have to send back the product within a week and share the tracking id/ tracking slip with us. Store Credit will be valid for upto 30 days after you receive it. If you would like us to arrange a reverse pickup, a Handling Fee of INR 150 - 300 (depends on the size of the package) will be deducted from your Store Credit, or be accommodated with your Exchange item.


We have gone out of our way and added this change seeing the love received by all of you in the recent past and this is the step taken to make you all feel more valued.
