Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Dipi Treats! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

At Dipi, we do not offer refunds and returns are only accepted under specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects: If there’s an issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of the shipping cost here. 
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

If your return request is approved, the customer must send the item back to us at their own expense. Once received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!

Exchanges

We offer exchanges as follows:

  • Manufacturing defects: If there’s an issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of the shipping cost in this situation. 
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • For any exchange the customer has to pay ₹175 for the shipment charges. 
  • If there is a size or quality issue we will exchange the item. 

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at care@dipitreats.com or Message us on Instagram with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address. You must ship the item back at your expense or we can book the return pick-up for you. 
  3. Receive Store Credit: After we inspect the returned item, you will receive a store credit to your registered account or email or you can exchange it with any other product.

Important Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Any product returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for store credit.
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Please note: this service does not extend outside of India.
